About Purva
Hello! I'm a Food Technologist with a strong passion for Biology and food science. I've always been fascinated by how science explains the world around us—from the human body to the food we eat every day. This curiosity inspired me to pursue Food Technology, and now I enjoy helping students discover that learning science can be both interesting and rewarding.
I started teaching because I believe that the right guidance can completely change a student's confidence. Many students find Biology difficult simply because it is often taught through memorization. My goal is to make every concept easy to understand by using practical examples, diagrams, and everyday applications instead of rote learning.
I love sharing my knowledge because seeing students overcome their doubts and achieve their goals is incredibly fulfilling. Whether it's improving school grades, preparing for board exams, or building a strong foundation for future studies, I am committed to supporting every student throughout their learning journey.
If you're looking for a patient, approachable, and dedicated tutor who genuinely cares about your progress, I'd be delighted to help you succeed in Biology and Food Science.

My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive, and focused on building a strong conceptual foundation rather than rote memorization. I believe that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to match their pace, strengths, and learning goals.
A typical class begins with a quick revision of previous concepts, followed by clear explanations of new topics using diagrams, animations (where applicable), and real-life examples. I encourage students to ask questions throughout the session and include regular quizzes, practice problems, and exam-oriented discussions to reinforce learning. At the end of each class, I summarize the key points and provide assignments or revision notes to help students practice independently.
What makes my classes unique is my background as a Food Technologist, which allows me to connect Biology with practical applications in health, nutrition, food science, microbiology, and everyday life. This helps students understand not just *what* they are learning, but *why* it matters.
My classes are suitable for:
* Primary and secondary school students
* Class 9–12 students (CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards)
* NEET Biology aspirants who want to strengthen their fundamentals
* Undergraduate students studying Food Technology, Food Science, Food Safety, Food Microbiology, and related subjects
* Anyone interested in understanding Biology through practical, real-world examples
My goal is to make learning enjoyable, boost students' confidence, and help them achieve excellent academic results while developing a genuine interest in science.
