About Shahd

Born in Saudi Arabia, I grew up in Egypt and Sudan, where I built a strong foundation in Arabic and became fluent in Egyptian and Gulf dialects. I also took formal Arabic classes while living in an Arabic-speaking country, allowing me to teach reading, writing and speaking. I am passionate about helping others feel confident using Arabic in real life, offering flexible virtual sessions and a supportive environment where students can speak comfortably without feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

About the lesson

If you already know how to read Arabic but struggle to hold real conversations, I can help you bridge that gap. I specialize in teaching practical, everyday spoken Arabic, with a focus on multiple dialects including Egyptian, Gulf (Arabian Peninsula), and some Levantine. This means you won't just learn textbook Arabic you'll learn how people actually speak in real life across different regions. My goal is to help you feel confident understanding and participating in day-to-day conversations, whether you are travelling, connecting with others, or simply wanting to speak more naturally and fluently.
