About Roksana
Hello! I'm a final-year English Literature student at a UK university with a genuine passion for language, reading, and helping children develop confidence in English. I understand that every child learns differently, so I strive to create a patient, supportive, and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.
My studies have given me a strong foundation in reading, writing, grammar, and communication, while my experience studying abroad in South Korea has strengthened my adaptability and ability to connect with people from different backgrounds. I am reliable, well-prepared, and committed to delivering engaging lessons tailored to each student's individual needs.
Whether your child needs extra support with reading, writing, spelling, grammar, or simply wants to build confidence in English, I will work closely with them to help them reach their goals and enjoy learning along the way.

I believe that children learn best in a positive, encouraging, and engaging environment. I adapt each lesson to the individual child's learning style, ensuring they feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I use a variety of activities, including reading exercises, comprehension tasks, spelling and grammar practice, creative writing, and interactive discussions to keep lessons enjoyable while building confidence. My aim is to help children develop a genuine enjoyment of English as well as the skills they need to succeed at school.
Typical length of a lesson
Lessons are typically 45–60 minutes, depending on the student's age and concentration level. I also offer shorter 30-minute sessions for younger learners.
Qualifications and experience
I am currently in the final year of a BA in English Literature at a UK university, where I have developed strong skills in reading, writing, literary analysis, and communication. I also completed a university exchange programme in South Korea, which strengthened my adaptability and communication with people from different backgrounds. Although I am new to professional tutoring, I am patient, reliable, and passionate about helping children build confidence and enjoy learning.
Who my lessons are for
I offer English lessons for primary school pupils (Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, ages 5–11). I can support children with reading, spelling, grammar, comprehension, vocabulary, creative writing, homework, SATs preparation, and building confidence in English. My lessons are suitable for children of all abilities, including those who need extra support or simply want to develop their skills further.
