About Valerie
I started yoga in 2014 and fell in love with all physical and mental aspects that yoga brought into my life! For several years I was teaching hatha yoga in Ukraine and I know just how hard it is to be a beginner in yoga, with all these challenging postures and complicated explanations. During the classes, I help my students focus on cultivating their inherent, natural inclination toward inner fitness.
As a yoga teacher I implement a combination of effective teaching strategies, which include sequences, breathwork and the anatomical breakdown of the body. This methods will expand and broaden your knowledge of physical postures, as well as help you connect to your best self.
