About Nabin

Have been working as a certified yoga teacher since 2016 for yoga practitioners from all around the globe of different level of their yogic journey ranging from students of yoga teacher training, to seekers of yoga with various interests . It's my passion to share the wisdom of yoga to the world and help people achieve their goal of health, wellness and happiness!

I feel privileged and honored to be a yoga practitioner and feel grateful for having an opportunity to extend the immeasurable gem of yoga by medium of minuscule knowledge I have been bestowed by the grace of the Almighty!

There is always a desire in the core of my heart to work for the humanity! I hope my tiny action for yoga would be a small step in helping humanity for greater cause and benefits! There are two things which always fascinate me are yoga and writing! They are like two sides of a coin for me!

The joy of yoga is immense and immeasurable. Since I realized that it has abudance joy and hapapiness to offer, I made it an integral part of my life. Through the practice of yoga, I would like to help them get physically fit, mentally peaceful and spiritually aware and grateful for this wonderful opportunity to get the form of human being.

It's a blessing in itself to get a human form. As we grow and become mature, the blessing and beauty the life has carried seems to be degrading and erading which is superseded by the things called responsibility, stress, career and success. Indeed, the yoga teaches us to balance both in internal and external aspect of our life.

The beauty of yoga is that it not only empowers me in physically it also harness and enhance my horizons of understaning and spirituality. Throught the practice of yoga, I also want to spread this very esssence of yoga to the people around the world.

In order to architect and formulate my practice into profession, I decided to take training of 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training followed by 500 Hours Yoga Teacher Training after about 8 years later of my initiation to the yoga at the ashram in Nepal under the discipleship of Dr. Yogi Vikasanada. In gurukul, I was taught asana, shatkarma, pranayama, dhyan, reiki, mahabharat for over a year. Then after, I kept continuing my practice. After few years of sadhana, I also started teaching yoga to the people.

It's been wonderful journey of yoga to share you all. I love yoga because there is no reason not to love it. It's an amazing phenomenon which very little can be described in word.

In the field of Yoga for since 2003...

I’m a beginner in yoga and find so much joy when practicing yoga and also in Nabin’s Reiki sessions. In such a short time I’ve made great improvement with pain management and also controlling stress and anxiety thanks to Nabin. I know I have a long way to go in the practice but I know this will be something I stick with for a lifetime. Nabin is such a sweet and genuine person and is so encouraging. I feel amazingly lucky to have found someone so advanced in yoga to practice with. I highly recommend Nabin to anyone thinking about starting yoga. Namaste

I’ve been so lucky to have Nabin as a yoga teacher! He’s so devoted, patient, and he adjusts very well to the rythm of the students. With his help, I’ve been able to greatly improve my practice. I would never have thought I could do a headstand on day, and yet, I managed to achieve it in his class. Thank you so much Nabin for believing in me and welcoming every student as they are !!

Nabin was my ashtanga instructor and I received over 20 hours of lessons with him. He was a fantastic teacher, so patient and kind. He has such a sweet demeanor and is a gentle instructor who offers great guidance. He also is incredibly flexible so it's amazing to see what the body can do when it practices yoga asanas for hours and hours every day like Nabin does!
