About Shailee
Hello! I am a yoga instructor for beginners, with a focus on physical or emotional pain, relaxation, flexibility, and insomnia.
I specialize in therapy yoga for herniated disc, dislocated shoulder, hernia, hip pain, core strength, cervical , low back pain, sciatica and many more.
Lessons are customized and categorized as per each student's needs and goals. My main focus is to see if you perform the poses correctly with right breathing technique and to teach you how to remain in that pose.
You will be much healthier and energized within few classes.
I have learned the techniques to get better and make life healthier and pain-free!
When I am with a student, we are like best friends and should feel connected. You have to feel and trust while you learn and what you learn!
The feeling that I am helping people get better and pain free.
