ERYT500 YACEP
I began teaching stretch and breathe at the age of sixteen for my mother’s dance studio and I was asked where I’d learned yoga. The connection of the breath with movement and the choreography of sequencing in a safe effective manner came naturally to me. My interest was piqued, and I began my studies.

Incredibly knowledgeable and makes learning feel effortless. Beautiful energy!
Jessica is not only one of the most highly qualified and experienced teachers that I have spent time with in my 25 years of yoga practice, but most importantly a warm, compassionate really funny woman. She has a gift of setting her students at ease, enabling each person to find his or her own inner strength. Her intuition and guidance gave me the tools to establish my own personal yoga practice. I will always be grateful for the time that I spent in Jessica’s classes and hope to get back to see her soon!
I like the way she explains things and how she sets up her flows. She gets the body ready to go from one position into another. I also like how she teaches the principles of yoga and integrates them into her classes. She is very mindful of students abilities and any injuries and offers alternative moves.
She is one the most knowledgeable Yoga instructor and she has the best way of teaching.
