Helping clients reconnect with their body is my absolute passion. I love the pleasure it brings to everyday people in their everyday life. In fact, I obtain my training in both yoga and Pilates to help my grandparents stretch in their elder years. I have a great ability to connect with people, I like to say it is my super power. I say this because it is a major factor to my success in my career and in life!

I began instructing in NYC, after receiving my TT at Sonic Yoga. I lead community donation classes for year, during this time I really prefected my art.

Bachelor of Art in Psychology from ASU West

200hr teacher training in Yoga from Sonic Yoga

Pilates Apperatus trainng from The Lab

About the lesson

Step 1: Introduction via phone conservation to discuss injuries, areas of interest, etc.

Step 2: Meeting will be held in person, we will go over everything discussed over the phone, and transition into movement and/or breathe work.

Step 3: Create plan of action including: frequency of meeting and scheduling future sessions.

I have worked with student from all works of life: young, old, super flexible to no flexibility.

Make sure you feel comfortable enough to ask as many questions as needed! No question is a dumb one, however it is silly not ask!

I spent December in the NYC and it was a wonderful time to be there and experience the city with holiday decorations and festive window displays! Not to mention, a priceless chance to visit with my brother and nephews.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What do you want to accomplish? Is there a specific goal?

What is your expectation of each session?

How much input do you want to have in creating a plan of action?

Do you have any injuries you would to discuss? Is this leading you towards movements?

What do you want to feel at the end of each session?
