About Tracy
I have hundreds of hours of training in yoga and movement and am a certified menopause doula. My personal experience with the menopausal transition gives me the understanding of what we go through and how to help.
I have a laid back, joyful, fun style. It's nit that serious!
I was a student who experienced the physical and mental changes from my practice and wanted to deepen my practice and share with others.
Certified menopause doula, certified in menopause yoga, certified vinyasa and yin teacher, certified breath work coach, coursework through NYU, amd other continuing education
