Alex is such a wonderful and genuine teacher! She speaks from the heart and I absolutely love her classes and the flows she comes up. Her classes are challenging, yet accessible to students of all different levels. You can tell how truly passionate she is about teaching and how much she cares about her students!

Alex embodies everything that yoga is to me. Not only is she knowledgeable in her practice, but she has an amazing story that she so openly and genuinely shares. In class, she is eloquent in guiding her students through poses and reminding us not to take ourselves too seriously! I love taking challenges in class with her guidance because she emphasizes that messing up and falling is part of the journey. My favorite class with her has been hot flow because it incorporates challenging and detoxifying poses with smooth transitions with a meditative mindset. Seriously recommend Alex for any level you are at with yoga! She's the best.

One of the best decisions I have made was to start going to yoga classes and I was lucky enough to have Alex as my instructor. Not only is she knowledgeable about all aspects of the practice but she really goes above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as possible. You will leave her class well informed and feeling brand new. I feel very blessed to come by an individual who is so passionate about what they do. It is truly inspiring. All my initial questions about yoga were answer throughout the course of the class. The instructions were very detailed making it effortless to follow along; she also helped guide my thoughts to a place of relaxation. Very grateful.
