Experienced tutor in Yoga in Mission Viejo, Lisa offers private lessons tailored to your needs.

Wow! That was a powerful circle we had last night. I've been to many full moon rituals. Last night was special. Using kundalini yoga and sacred ritual, Lisa held a loving space for us to safely release what no longer serves us. I drove all the way from the south bay and it was so worth the drive. Thank you Lisa for your gentle and healing energy.

Summer Solstice at Lisa’s Studio proved to be an amazing choice for welcoming in Summer. I went into meditation quickly, feeling wrapped in serenity with all the elements necessary to get me there. Thank you to Lisa for the invite, for showing up for us last night with all her talents and opening her home to us. I look forward to attending future events as I continue on my spiritual journey.

Lisa always makes a beautiful experience at all of her events. Her dedication to carry on the tradition of kundalini yoga is true to the teachings. Her open heart and creativity make everyone feel welcome. Thank you for making such a sacred place.
