About Yosef

With a strong background in mechanical engineering and technical tutoring, I help students build confidence in subjects like mechanics, CAD modeling (SolidWorks, TinkerCAD, SpaceClaim), thermodynamics, and engineering simulations (ANSYS, MATLAB, Python). My experience as a research assistant and tutor at Higher Colleges of Technology has equipped me with the skills to break down complex topics into clear, understandable lessons. I believe in learning by doing, so my approach is practical and hands-on, ensuring that students not only understand the theory but also know how to apply it in real-world scenarios. Whether you're a university student, a beginner looking to upskill, or a professional needing technical guidance, I tailor my lessons to your needs. With over 2.5 years of tutoring experience and a track record of helping students grasp engineering concepts, you can be assured that you're in good hands. Let’s make learning both effective and engaging!

About the lesson

I believe in a hands-on, problem-solving approach to tutoring. My methodology focuses on breaking down complex engineering and technical concepts into simple, practical explanations. I incorporate real-world examples and industry applications to help students bridge the gap between theory and practice. Whether it's mechanics, CAD modeling, thermodynamics, or engineering software, I tailor my teaching style to the student's learning pace, ensuring they build confidence and a deep understanding of the subject.

My Qualifications & Experience
I have a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering Technology (CGPA 3.83) and over 2.5 years of tutoring experience at the Higher Colleges of Technology. I have guided students in mechanics, CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360), thermodynamics, and engineering software applications (ANSYS, MATLAB, Python). My experience extends beyond academia, as I have worked on CFD simulations, finite element analysis, CNC machining, and prototyping, giving students insights into practical industry applications.

Who My Lessons Are For

University and college students studying mechanical engineering, CAD design, or related fields.

Beginners and intermediate learners looking to gain hands-on experience with engineering software.

Anyone interested in practical engineering applications, from hobbyists to professionals needing upskilling.

I adapt my teaching to suit the student's level, ensuring they leave each session with a clear understanding of concepts and the ability to apply them effectively.
