About Tia
I have tutored in various subjects for over four years, helping students to build their confidence and boosting grades in exams including GCSEs, IGCSEs, the IB, and A-levels. In the past year alone I have accrued nearly 800 hours of lesson time, with many long-standing clients.
As a final year economics student at SOAS, the passion I have for economics as a tool to better understand and improve the world around us translates to fun and enthusiastic classes, centred around real-world issues.

My classes tend to involve an overview of the topic for that session, some discussion around the topic and any questions you may have, and finally solving some problems together.
I have spent a considerable amount of time working with a number of SEN students, all of whom had different needs from me as a tutor. As a result, my teaching style is very flexible and I will always adapt my sessions to ensure the best learning experience possible for my students.
