About Stefan
I am not really a business, but over the past few years, I have started to think of myself more and more as one. I have completely shifted my thinking from the typical highschool student, to one that is confident and prepared for the future. Academics has always been one of my strongsuit but I also play varsity sports. I have taken many AP classes and am a 4.7 weighted GPA student athlete. Moving into my senior year, I am taking classes such as AP Physics C, AP Microeconomics, and AP Calculus to add to my list of AP classes. On top of academic honors societies, competitions, and clubs, I am also just a highschool student. I am very familiar with the curriculum and I can personally relate with other students. Whether its you who are looking for a tutor, or a tutor for your child, I believe that I can really help engage students in learning habits. I may not be well versed in all specific subjects to contact me and I can let you know my thoughts.
I love the satisfaction of something clicking for me in my learning process so I want to spread that feeling. I want for students to be confident so that its not a question of if they can learn something. Instead its what they will learn next.
Although I am not a teacher, I have always been put in a position to help others. I have experiences in being a tutor, teachers assistant, student teacher.
I tutored in school for most math and science subjects, was a teachers assistant for a semester, and am well educated in most subjects.

With a new student, I will usually start out with identifying what their goals are as a student. If a student knows an area where they may need work, I can provide insight and pinpoint other patterns. If the student just aims for the general growth towards a subject, I can start at the basics and progress until we reach 5a threshhold.
I have student taught for second graders but my tutoring has been geared toward middle school and highschool thus far.

Stefan is a really great teacher. He's helped with my school work both online and in person. He's very patient and explains things well so I never feel judged or embarassed if I don't understand something right away.
Helped me to better understand and study my pre calculus
It was very easy to understand and the whole process was not overwhelming. I was very impressed with the overall helpfulness of the tutor.
Great overall experience with using Stefan as a tutor. I had him help me with AP physics 1 and Honors algebra 2 and he was great! He understood the fundamentals of the concepts and explained in a simple to understand way. Would definitely recommend him for math and science topics!
Going into this experience I didn’t really know how much I would get out of it. However as I started doing sessions it became clear to me how valuable a resource this is! The tutor is a well rounded scholar and is very much capable in dispatching that knowledge onto those he tutors. Not only that, he’s fun to work with. I really do recommend this tutor.
Helped me better understand concepts that I struggled with.
I basically owe him my A in computer science. He had an amazing understanding of all concepts and was able to communicate effectively.
Stefan is definitely the most knowledgeable tutor I’ve ever had. He fully engages in every single tutoring session he has with you. His patience, ability to explain things well, and experience as a student himself makes him incredibly effective as a tutor. 100% recommend to any students K-12 who needs some extra help with anything at all!!
