I focus on ensuring a student understands the concepts being taught, rather than just memorizing formulas and techniques. I find the experience extremely rewarding and look forward to getting to know your student!

I ask the student to send me the topics they want to discuss before hand so I can review the material and prepare practice questions. During our session, I begin by explaining some of the concepts the student is having difficultly with, then work through practice problems together and then finally have the student try doing problems by themselves.
