Experienced in diagnosing and addressing reading difficulties through targeted, evidence-based interventions, data-driven instruction, and implementation of Tier 2 and Tier 3 supports aligned with the Science of Reading.
Skilled in foundational literacy instruction, including phonemic and phonological awareness, decoding and encoding, fluency, vocabulary development, and reading comprehension. Adept at analyzing assessment data to design and deliver individualized intervention plans that accelerate student growth and improve outcomes.
In addition to classroom experience, I bring over 15 years of private tutoring experience supporting students in literacy, penmanship, essay writing, and mathematics.
