I worked for several years as a learning and development manager within the hospitality industry

Working in hospitality for 30 years, I have gained many certifications , degrees and diplomas . Dealing with many cultures, the appreciation of the talents, strengths and motivation of employees inspired me to pursue the teaching and experience to others

About the lesson

Get to know each other , find our commonalities, and find that positive footing to take school step together

Before you commit to any teacher , feel comfortable in their company and always remember that the teaching must go at your pace while having fun in the teaching as well as targets to your overall goals

Making the difference is my goal and bring out the best on others is a shared goal with myself and the student . I have many stories of students reaching their career goals and inspiring for further goals as each are achieved

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
The teachers should assess the goals of the student and a realistic time frame for accomplishing these goals . The students should also feel the need to assess and share questions on how these goals are tracked with realistic expectations
