I was a sub teacher for a number of years, and taught classes at the Appleton Art Center, now the Trout Museum, with Young Rembrandts, and briefly with Pinot's Palette.

Each person needs to find their own voice. Think in terms of "I CAN", instead of "I Can't". I want my student to be comfortable with the idea that sometimes what is thought of as a "mistake" is actually part of the process.
Grade school, high school, and adult
Look for someone you feel comfortable expressing ideas with. Someone who allows you to make mistakes, someone willing to talk you through the journey.
