About Matias

I teach basics of boxing and I also specialise in corrective excercise and sports nutrition I take the law of individual differences into huge consideration. Your meal plan and workouts won't be the same for every individual

The most rewarding is seeing people get results I myself had a transformation of losing 125 lbs so I want to pass along the information. Help you not need me eventually

Boxing I've trained in boxing for many years most my workouts were all formulated to boxing regimens

About the lesson

Finding out their abilities and strengths so we work on foot work then the mechanics of punching jabs hooks straights and upper cuts. The typical boxing work outs will be included then accelerated as more progress is seen

Make sure they understand the basics of wrapping hands choosing gloves for their body stature and to make sure they understand how to throw punches without injury

Someone that understands people are all different and react to excercises at different paces and each have their own strengths
