About Thomas

A 50 year veteran of martial arts who has produced two golden gloves champions .. 3 sport jujitsu grand champions and dozens of point karate champions ... one who is dedicated to the greatness of his students and transforming lives ... anyone can be successful with the right guide

I began teaching 40 years ago opening my martial arts center in Southampton Long Island

i was a child prodigy who began my training at three years of age . Expertise in boxing and master ranks in martial arts

About the lesson

Everything starts with basic technique . As we master one we add one so my student meet with success early and often . There is nothing worse then be over loaded and frustrated .. I set achievable goals with success in Mind

adults children male female - pro athlete competitors and those looking to be best version of self

try and meet with a few do not commit to anyone until you are fully comfortable with their teaching style and professionalism
