About Stacey

Secondary school teacher of 14 years with experience teaching in both Public (international) and state schools. Taking on many leadership roles such as: head of department and Learning Coach for staff. With a Masters Degree in Education, I have always enjoyed coordinating and delivering staff training, focusing on strategies for Teaching, Learning & Progress. Subjects: Theatre studies and Drama (KS3, GCSE & 'A' Level), English, English Literature & Language. I'm a published writer at Travel & Leisure and work freelance for their online Magazine. ILM Certified Coach for students requiring mentoring.

About the lesson

All my lessons have a suitable level of 'challenge and access' with tasks, questioning and conversations well differentiated to meet the needs of the pupil. I believe that every student is entitled to tailored support with goals that are both attainable and aspirational. We will work to the formula: establishing the goal, deconstructing the obstacles and exploring the best ways to achieve the desired outcomes. With accountability, flexibility and plenty of opportunities for formative feedback - we'll move the learning forward.
