About Abi
I am a student-centric, trauma-informed teacher who has extensive experience with high-performing students and children with complex needs. My 7 years of experience includes and is not limited to: Head of English - SEMH provision Head of English - mainstream secondary school I have over 5 years of tutoring experience, working with individuals to achieve their goals. I have supported students working at 5s to achieve 7s, 8s, and 9s through weekly tutoring sessions. My Master's focused on the power of psychological theories that underpin learning and I employ cognitive science throughout my teaching, ensuring that you learn in the best possible way.
