About Jonathan

My name is Jonathan, and I am in my fourth year of my university studies at the University of Auckland. I am studying towards a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Geography. I have been a passionate teacher of various subjects, including mathematics and English, for around 4 years. I have taught privately and at offices, so I am well equipped with how to effectively tutor students and tailor lessons to match the student's needs individually. I am sure to help you excel in your subject so please don't hesitate to contact me.

About the lesson

I start with an introduction with the student so I get to know them and learn more about their strengths and weaknesses. Then, I would plan my class to be tailored for that student based on both their personal goals and their weaknesses. I believe there is no 'one-size-fits-all' teaching method when it comes to education. Classes are typically an hour long and are negotiable. I had a great privilege working privately and at offices, so I am capable of teaching for a wide range of audiences and age groups.

His Superprof style is patient, clear, and highly adaptable, tailoring his teaching to suit the individual needs of his students. Whether it’s guiding students through complex math concepts or helping with English comprehension and writing, Jonathan ensures his students grasp the material fully.
