About Mahathi
I am a trained artist with 30 years of experience and a professional product designer. I hold Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in design, art and science, and I have strong foundational artistic skills that allow me to teach multiple mediums and techniques, from traditional painting to pencil drawing and perspective. I am passionate, patient, and encouraging, and I enjoy helping students of all ages discover their creativity and develop their artistic abilities. My goal is to make art accessible, enjoyable, and tailored to each learner’s interests and skill level.

I offer flexible, creative, and hands-on art lessons for students aged 10 and above. My classes cover watercolor, acrylic, oil painting, oil pastels, pencil shading, and perspective drawing.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s level and goals, whether they want to explore art for fun, develop specific skills, or work on unique projects.
My approach is patient, encouraging, and enthusiastic — I guide students step by step while nurturing their creativity and confidence. Lessons include demonstrations, practical exercises, and guidance to help students develop technique, style, and visual understanding. I adapt my expertise to create lessons that are engaging, personalized, and inspiring.
