Teach first-year composition courses. Facilitate learning with an array of urban, culturally diverse, and underserved students in individual classrooms and group sessions in acquiring college-level writing and reading proficiency. Create syllabi on themes such as Literacy Education, Race and Culture, and Individual and Society. Develop activities and lesson plans, meet regularly with students, and grade all written work.
