About Colin
I recently completed my BS in Environmental Engineering at the University of Washington and currently am pursuing my PhD at Stanford. Last year, I taught a class of engineering students and received glowing reviews about my relatability and communication skills. I also have four years of wet-lab research experience which I love to bring into the subjects that I teach.

STEM is most interesting when you can bring it directly to the real world. I have experiences and the knowledge of how high school chemistry and mathematics translates into producing the products and infrastructure that a student uses everyday. Learning is about bridging connections to the real world but also different subjects the student may be in. Understanding how energy in physics and in chemistry are the same can help the student perform better in both.
