About Kyle
I am a fourth-year MEng (Hons) Aerospace Engineering student at The University of Manchester with a passion for helping students master STEM subjects. My degree gives me an applied, high-level understanding of advanced calculus, mechanics, and physical principles—the exact tools needed to excel in Maths, Further Maths, and Physics.
Beyond my academic studies, I have two years of hands-on leadership experience as a Peer Study Scheme Leader at university and a Music Section Leader for a National Ensemble. Having guided the learning process for over 30 students and 20 musicians aged 18–21, I have developed a strong ability to break down complex concepts, adapt to diverse learning styles, and foster an encouraging environment where students feel confident tackling tough problems.

My strengths lie in making complex mathematical and physical concepts intuitive, accessible. Whether breaking down calculus, abstract algebra, or classical mechanics, my goal is to help students move beyond rote memorisation to achieve genuine, lasting understanding.
My approach focuses on core conceptual foundations paired with targeted exam technique. A typical session could involve:
- Diagnostic & Review: Briefly identifying gaps from recent classwork or past homework.
-Interactive Breakdown: Working through core theory using visual proofs, real-world physical analogies, and step-by-step problem solving.
-Guided Practice & Past Papers: Transitioning from guided examples to independent problem-solving using exam-style questions to build speed, confidence, and precision.
Lessons are tailored for students aged 14-18, covering:
- GCSE/iGCSE: Mathematics and Physics
- A-Level: Mathematics and Further Mathematics
Standard sessions run for 60 minutes (ideal for regular weekly upkeep) and can be extended if desired.
