About Sophia
My fascination with Biology began while exploring how living organisms maintain balance and adapt to changing environments. This interest encouraged me to complete a Master’s Degree in Biological Sciences and dedicate my career to teaching life sciences.
For the past 8 years, I have worked with students from different backgrounds and helped them simplify complex biological concepts using visual explanations, structured lessons, and real-life examples. I enjoy making Biology engaging and helping students connect theory with practical understanding.
I believe Biology education should encourage exploration and curiosity rather than memorisation alone. My goal is to help students become confident scientific learners who can understand biological systems and apply knowledge effectively in academic and professional contexts.

My Biology lessons are designed to help students understand living systems through observation, diagrams, and conceptual learning. I teach genetics, human anatomy, physiology, ecology, microbiology, and biotechnology using clear explanations that connect biological theory with real-world examples. Students learn how organisms function, interact, and adapt within ecosystems and biological environments.
Classes are adapted according to the learner’s academic level and learning style. Beginners focus on terminology, diagrams, and foundational concepts. Intermediate students strengthen understanding of body systems, heredity, and ecological relationships. Advanced learners work on molecular biology, biotechnology applications, and analytical interpretation of biological data. Regular revision sessions improve memory retention and scientific understanding.
My teaching objective is to help learners develop curiosity and confidence in Biology through conceptual clarity and active learning. Through structured guidance and scientific exploration, students become better prepared for healthcare, medicine, environmental science, biotechnology, and research-oriented careers.
