About Tonita
Yoga has been a transformative practice in my life, both personally and professionally. With over 10 years of experience, I have witnessed firsthand the profound impact that yoga can have on the body, mind, and spirit. What started as a physical practice soon became a deeply spiritual and healing journey, helping me to cultivate balance, resilience, and inner peace amidst life’s challenges. I hold degrees in psychology and social work, which have equipped me with a deep understanding of human behaviour and emotional well-being. Additionally, I am a qualified health coach and Reiki practitioner, allowing me to integrate a holistic approach to wellness that nurtures both the physical and emotional aspects of health. Whether you're looking to build strength, reduce stress, or cultivate mindfulness, I am here to guide you on your unique yoga journey.
