About Laura
I graduated from Framingham State University with a degree in education and a concentration in history in 2011. I completed my student teaching in 1st grade. From there I taught in a 2nd grade classroom, kindergarten, and ultimately landed in a fourth grade classroom at one of the leading charter schools in the state. For the past 12 years, I settled into a third grade public school classroom. I enjoy working with kids of all age levels and diverse needs.

I’ve been a lead 3rd grade teacher for 12 years in the MA public school district. I know what standards incoming 3rd graders need and what to expect a fourth grader to know. In addition I’ve taught Kindergarten as well at 1st, 2nd, and 4th grades. Expect tailored, detailed lessons that are synced and to the point. I know I don’t have all day to teach! I love to make lessons creative and enjoy when kids have fun learning.
