About Mitchell
I have always been intrigued by the mechanisms that drive economies, markets, and human decision-making, which led me to pursue a B.A. in Economics and an M.Sc. in Applied Economics. Over 9 years, I have guided students of diverse levels, helping them navigate complex economic principles, analyze data effectively, and cultivate a critical and analytical mindset.
My teaching philosophy combines structured explanation, interactive discussion, and practical exercises. I emphasize the reasoning behind economic theories, encourage active participation, and foster independent problem-solving skills. Lessons are designed to be intellectually stimulating, supportive, and relevant, helping students apply economic knowledge in both academic and real-life contexts.
Beyond the classroom, I stay engaged with economic research, policy analysis, and data-driven studies. Watching students grow in confidence, analytical ability, and conceptual understanding is deeply satisfying. My goal is to prepare learners to think critically, solve problems effectively, and approach economic challenges with clarity, competence, and curiosity.
