About Sera
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Science in Economics. Over the past 10 years, I have taught students across school and university levels, helping them build strong foundations in economic theory and application. My interest in economics began with curiosity about how societies allocate resources and make financial decisions. Teaching allows me to share this understanding and help students develop analytical skills.
My teaching philosophy focuses on clarity, real-world relevance, and structured learning. I believe students understand economics best when concepts are linked to current events and practical examples. I simplify complex theories into step-by-step explanations so learners can build confidence gradually. This approach helps students develop strong reasoning and decision-making abilities.
Outside teaching, I enjoy studying global markets, analyzing financial systems, and reading economic research. These interests help me keep my lessons updated and meaningful. Watching students grow from confusion to confidence in economics is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. My goal is to help learners understand how economic forces shape the modern world.

My economics lessons are designed to help students understand how real-world economies function. I focus on core topics such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, demand and supply, inflation, national income, fiscal policy, monetary systems, and international trade. Each concept is explained in a structured and simple way so learners can connect theory with real-world economic behavior. I use current events, case studies, and logical reasoning to make lessons engaging and practical.
Students are guided based on their academic level and learning needs. Beginners focus on foundational concepts such as scarcity, opportunity cost, and basic market structures. Intermediate learners explore government policies, economic indicators, and business cycles. Advanced learners study economic modeling, policy evaluation, and global trade systems. Every lesson includes structured explanations, discussions, and practice exercises to strengthen understanding.
My goal is to help students develop strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret economic trends. As learners progress, they begin to understand how economic systems influence daily life and global decision-making. Economics becomes a practical tool for analyzing society rather than just theory.
