About Amrita
My interest in economics developed from observing how financial decisions affect individuals and communities. This curiosity led me to study economics at the university level, eventually completing a PhD in Economics. Over the past 10 years, I have taught students from different educational backgrounds and helped them understand economic systems and decision making.
I believe that economics should be taught in a way that connects theory with everyday experiences. Many students find economic models confusing when they are introduced without context. My teaching style focuses on explaining ideas using real-life examples and clear discussion. By guiding students step by step, I help them understand how economic principles influence business, government policy, and personal financial decisions.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading economic research and studying global financial trends. Staying informed about current developments allows me to bring relevant examples into my lessons. Helping students understand the importance of economics in modern society is one of the most satisfying aspects of my work. My goal is to support learners in developing analytical skills and a deeper awareness of economic systems.

Economics becomes more meaningful when students understand how economic ideas influence everyday decisions. My lessons focus on explaining economic concepts in a clear and practical way.
