About John
My name is John Lonergan and I am a 2nd year Financial Maths and Actuary student in UCC. I have always taken a keen interest in economics. I achieved 625 points in my leaving cert and a H1 in my own Leaving Cert Economics exam, along with a first class honours in my 1st year college results. I also completed a module in college last year by the name of Principles of Market Analysis (PA1003). This is an economics based module that is linked with achieving the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries' CB2 exam exemption based on the result you achieve. This module had an abundance of content that crossed over with the leaving cert and was generally to a more advanced level than the leaving cert course. I was informed recently that I achieved this exemption because of my good result in the module.

These grinds would have a heavy exam question approach, along with any particular topics that the student wants covered. If the student does not feel they have the knowledge to answer exam questions yet, then I would be happy to work through the course with them and return to exam questions after each strand. Each grind would run for about an hour, however can be longer if requested.
