About Ben
My interest in Economics began with a curiosity about how societies manage resources, businesses grow, and governments make financial decisions. This interest inspired me to complete a Master’s Degree in Economic Policy and explore both theoretical and practical aspects of economics more deeply. During the past 5 years, I have worked with students from different academic backgrounds while helping them develop confidence through clear explanation and structured guidance.
I believe Economics becomes easier when students can connect ideas to real situations they already understand. My teaching style focuses on patience, discussion, and gradual concept building. I explain difficult topics using examples from business, markets, international trade, and daily financial decisions so students can understand concepts naturally. I also encourage learners to think critically and ask questions openly because discussion often helps strengthen understanding more effectively than memorization alone.
Outside teaching, I enjoy following economic trends, reading policy discussions, and studying global financial developments to keep my lessons relevant and engaging. These interests help me bring practical insight into the classroom and make lessons more meaningful for students. Teaching Economics gives me the opportunity to help learners become more informed, analytical, and confident thinkers. Supporting students as they improve their understanding and academic performance is one of the most fulfilling parts of my work.

My Economics lessons focus on helping students understand how financial systems, markets, and human decisions shape everyday life. I teach concepts like supply and demand, inflation, trade, public finance, and economic growth using simple explanations and relatable examples. Students learn better when they can connect theory to real situations, so I include discussions about businesses, global events, and household economics during lessons. This makes learning more interesting and practical.
Each lesson is adapted to match the student’s academic level and learning goals. Beginners start with core principles, graphs, and economic terminology in a structured and supportive way. Intermediate learners focus on market behavior, policy analysis, and data interpretation through guided exercises. Advanced students improve critical thinking, essay writing, and evaluation skills for exams and academic success. I also include discussions and practice questions regularly to strengthen confidence and improve analytical understanding step by step.
I aim to make Economics feel approachable instead of overly theoretical or confusing. Many students become more confident once they understand how economic ideas connect to real-world decisions and social systems. My lessons encourage curiosity, discussion, and independent thinking in a calm environment where students feel comfortable sharing ideas. My goal is to help learners build strong understanding, sharper reasoning skills, and confidence in analyzing economic situations clearly.
