About Shruti
My fascination with economics began when I studied how markets influence both individual choices and global systems. This interest led me to pursue a PhD in Economics, where I researched economic policy and market behavior. Over my 10 years of teaching, I have helped students understand complex economic ideas in a clear and practical way.
I believe economics education should connect theory with real experiences. My teaching style focuses on explaining concepts through everyday examples so students can see how economic principles apply in real situations. I encourage learners to ask questions and think critically about economic decisions.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading economic reports and studying current market trends. These activities help me bring relevant examples into my lessons. Teaching economics is rewarding because I see students develop a deeper understanding of how economic systems shape our lives.

My economics lessons focus on helping students understand how resources, markets, and financial decisions influence everyday life. We begin by exploring the basic principles of economics such as supply, demand, and market equilibrium. My goal is to help students see economics as a practical subject that explains how societies manage resources and make decisions. Lessons encourage analytical thinking and thoughtful discussion. Over time learners become more confident in understanding economic concepts and evaluating financial situations. Economics becomes a subject that supports informed thinking about the world.
