About John
Hi! I'm Tijil. I am a recent graduate in a Bachelor's of Economics and Commerce, majoring in Finance and Business Analytics.
Since Year 10, when I was first introduced to the subject, I have had a keen interest in Economics. It was something that made sense to me whilst also being challenging.
I have had 3 years of experience teaching Economics to many students whilst doing my University studies. My aim is to share my passion for the subject and help as many people as I can gain confidence and interest in this subject!

As a tutor with 3 years of experience teaching students from many backgrounds, I believe that tutoring must be personalized.
My teaching methodology stems from understanding what the student is learning at school, what they seem to know well, and what they struggle with.
A lesson will typically run for 90 minutes, and each lesson will specifically cover 1-3 syllabus dot points. Each lesson, the student will be given a booklet, which will have summary theory notes, as well as exam-style questions that will be completed throughout the lesson with my guidance.
Lessons are for HSC (Year 12) and Preliminary (Year 11) students in NSW, as well as Year 9-10 students looking to get a head start.
