I recently graduated from UH with a Doctorate in Curriculum & Instruction with emphasis on Environmental Educationl. I hold a MS in Science Education and B.S. in Teaching Biology/Geology. I have been teaching grades K-12 for 17 years in the public school system.

My goal as an educator has focused on teaching and training grades K-12. Along with a Generalist EC-6 license, I hold provisional certifications to teach secondary grades 6-12 Biology, Life-Earth Science, and Earth Science. My attention to detail and data driven instruction was instrumental in raising the 2018 science department STAAR score at Harmony Fine Arts and Technology from 55% to 89% passing.
