I think it is important to get to know each student's strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes in order to tailor my tutoring. Experience has taught me that developing a curriculum that centres on the individual's needs is the most enjoyable creative experience for artists and by far the most effective in terms of results. Either for a qualification or just for their own enjoyment
