About Deepak
Hello, I am Deepak Swami, a dedicated and certified Yoga Instructor & Therapist with more than 5 years of experience. I hold YCB Level 2, CCYWI, and CCYTA certifications from the prestigious Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY). I am also pursuing Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) and have served as a Physical Fitness Coach in the Indian Army.
My unique combination of traditional yoga knowledge, therapeutic expertise, and army-style discipline helps me deliver safe, effective, and transformative results to my students. I have successfully trained over 50 clients and helped them improve their physical health, mental well-being, flexibility, strength, and overall fitness.
I am known for my patient, encouraging, and highly professional teaching style. I create a supportive environment where every student feels motivated and comfortable while achieving their personal wellness goals.

I am Deepak Swami, a certified Yoga Therapist (YCB Level 2, CCYWI & CCYTA from MDNIY) and currently pursuing B.P.Ed. With over 5 years of teaching experience and a background in the Indian Army as a Physical Fitness Coach, I bring discipline, structure, and proven results to every class.
My teaching approach combines traditional yoga techniques with modern fitness methods. A typical class includes warm-up, Pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas tailored to your goals, Yoga Nidra or meditation, and relaxation. Sessions are highly personalized according to individual needs – whether for weight loss, stress relief, back pain, flexibility, therapeutic benefits (diabetes, thyroid, anxiety, joint pain), or athletic performance.
I teach Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini, Power, and Therapeutic Yoga to adults, working professionals, seniors, and students. Classes are available both Live Online via Zoom and at your home.
