About Alexia
Having four younger siblings means I am greatly accustomed to younger children and having a family that is extremely focussed on academic success, I know how important it is for your children to do well.
I have both a background in academia after gaining A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry and Physics however, I am also extremely interested in the art world as I am currently studying creative Direction at the University of the Arts London.

I think it is most important to feel comfortable and relaxed within your learning environment - exams and the pressure of school can be extremely stressful on young people and having recently come out of school myself I know this feeling all too well.
I am friendly and love working with children - having four younger siblings means I am very used to looking out for younger children and understand how they like to learn.
Previously, I have tutored a number of children for the 11+ - all being extremely successful in the exam as well as tutoring a few GCSE students in Biology and Chemistry.
My lessons tend to be an hour long as I feel this is the perfect time for focussing on one specific subject, it avoids decline in concentration span and allows the child to get the most out of the learning environment without starting to feel impatient or bored.
