I believe yoga is not about perfection, but about awareness. My teaching focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and beginner-friendly space where each individual can move at their own pace and truly connect with their body and breath.
Structure of a Typical Class
1. Centering & Breath Awareness (2–5 mins)
2. Warm-up & Joint Movements (5–10 mins)
3. Basic Asana Practice (15–25 mins)
4. Pranayama (Breathing Techniques) (5–10 mins)
5. Relaxation / Meditation (Shavasana) (5–10 mins)
