With a Master's degree in Yoga Therapy from National Sanskrit University, Tirupati, and years of experience teaching yoga in Bengaluru, I am dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey toward physical and mental well-being. My approach blends traditional yoga practices with modern therapeutic techniques, making my sessions suitable for all levels—whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner.
