Hello! I'm Dr. Annu Paallavi G K M, a Yoga Therapist, Naturopathy Consultant, and Wellness Coach dedicated to helping people achieve lasting health through personalized, holistic care.
Over the years, I have worked with individuals seeking relief from lifestyle disorders, chronic pain, stress, anxiety, women's health concerns, weight management, and postural issues. My approach goes beyond teaching yoga poses—I focus on understanding each person's body, lifestyle, medical history, and goals to design a customized wellness plan that delivers sustainable results.

Namaste! I'm a certified Yoga Therapist and Naturopathy Consultant passionate about helping people improve their health through personalized, evidence-informed yoga practices.
My classes are designed for individuals of all ages and fitness levels—from beginners to experienced practitioners. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, I assess each student's health, lifestyle, and goals to create a customized yoga program.
