About Anthony
I am a certified yoga teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience and 15 years of dedicated personal practice. My training spans hatha, yin, and kundalini yoga, giving me a wide base of knowledge to adapt to the needs of different students. My teaching style is eclectic and practical. I draw from yoga as well as calisthenics, boxing, and other athletic practices, creating classes that build strength, balance, and body awareness. This approach makes my lessons equally effective for athletes looking to deepen their training and for beginners seeking a safe and structured entry point into yoga. Beyond the studio, I run yogaphysique, a project where I share educational content on YouTube. This allows students to connect with my teaching style online and see how I break down techniques clearly and accessibly. I have taught in a wide range of settings, from gyms and studios to businesses and universities, always aiming to make yoga practical, engaging, and relevant to everyday life.

My yoga classes focus on building strong foundations and functional movement. I guide students to understand how each posture should feel in the body, using clear explanations, embodied awareness, and visualization to develop alignment and confidence. Breathwork and meditation are central to my teaching, helping students move with direction and calm while also reducing stress and building energy.
I am certified in Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga, with over 10 years of teaching experience and 15 years of personal practice. I have taught in a wide range of settings, from gyms and studios to businesses and universities such as York, Osgoode, Ryerson, and Humber. Whether you want to improve strength, flexibility, or overall mental and physical well-being, my classes provide a clear and supportive path for students of all levels.
