About Charlotte
While certification for yoga teaching isnt required, Charlotte is diligent in her yoga and spirituality practices ensuring she guides her students from an educated place. Charlotte has suffered from chronic pain, POTS and hyper mobility and loves to share a practice that is both hypermobile and trauma informed
With training in Somatic Exercises as well as Meditation and Mindfulness you can expect a well rounded class where questions and adaptations that better suit your mind, body and spirit are welcome.
Charlotte has been practicing yoga on and off for around three years and averages 60-70 hours a month on the mat forever deepening her connection to her practice.
Her dedication shines through in her lessons as she passionately learns your specific desires for your practice and caters lessons to accommodate your specific wants.

Whether you're looking for more of a slow flow, meditative and spiritual practice or more moderate paced vinyasa, Charlotte loves to educate and inspire her students to find their best postures and optimal stretches.
My only requirement for incoming students is the willingness to be present in the body, listening, to ensure you feel no pain in our sessions.
