About Ashton
I have received my 200 RYT from The Yoga Alliance with URU Yoga in Pensacola Florida. I've been practicing yoga most of my life but during Covid lockdown decided to take my love a step further and get my YTT accomplished. I love to teach and inspire to have a fun and well-intentioned practice every time.

Hi! My name is Ashton and I wanted to bring my love of yoga further into the world and have the ability to connect and share even more. Please join me for a rewarding practice tailor fit to your needs of the day. I will take a few minutes(not included in class time) at the beginning of your practice to see what you would love to learn for the day or what asana you've been trying to master you'd love to work on. Whatever your practice requires, let us dive in together. I'm also available to set up in beach and forest settings at request️.

Ashton is a fantastic yoga instructor. I have been taking her classes for a little over a year now. Ashton takes the time to ask if anyone has any problem areas they would like to work in for the day. Her classes push you but at the same time she encourages you to not push your body to a level of pain or discomfort. I love that she ends her classes with mindful quotes to take through the rest of your day. She always seems to say just what we all need to hear. I highly recommend her as a yoga instructor
