About Yogesh

A passionate, dedicated Yoga Instructor. Certified in 300-hour teacher training program from SVYASA Yoga University, Bangalore and practiced under many gurus. A decade of learning & teaching experience. Have guided several students during Covid-19 and helped them in coping with anxiety. Have trained and guided 100 plus students to attain good health and learn various Yoga asanas, Breathing Techniques & Meditation

About the lesson

(Please Note : Fees of Group Batches & Individual Batches are different, Group batch fees : 300/hr)
I demonstrate and explain in detail about the need, impact, advantages and limitations of a particular Asana, Kriya or Pranayama

I especially inculcate the habit of conscious breathing and synchronising with Asana and meditation.

I design my class around my students(youth as well as senior citizens)according to their needs and purpose
