About Heidi
I am a certified RYT-200 yoga instructor with about 5 years of teaching experience in both a hot vinyasa yoga studio setting, in apartment building studios and in pop-up classes I've put on around the triangle community. I take pride in the training that I have had which was thorough in anatomy and having us work with Physical Therapists to deeply understand proper and safe movement of the body.

My goal is to have each student leave feeling like they understand their mind body connection better and how yoga can help them feel connected to their body and recognize it's strengths daily.
