About Jessica
As an educator, I believe that every child can learn if they are given what they need to succeed. Learning is not about equality, it is about equity. It is important to provide tools to each child so they have the same chance of success as any other child. I tutored students K-9 at Huntington Learning Center for about a year and a half where I was able to understand what tutoring looks like and how activities can be modified for each child. I am passionate about the success of every child. When I was in Elementary School, I attended Huntington Learning Center as a student. I also was able to have a writing tutor in fourth grade, giving me the boost I needed to succeed.

My name is Jessica Fitzgerald. I have been an Elementary School Teacher for the past 5 years. I have experience teaching and adapting lessons to function in an online platform. I have an endorsement in English as a Second Language and personally love working with students of all different backgrounds. I have experience teaching in a special education classroom and accommodating to those student’s needs while collecting data. I am passionate about each and every student’s success!
